How we work, step by step.
A predictable, transparent workflow — from a first phone call to an adjuster-ready estimate.
Free Initial Consultation
Twenty minutes on the phone. We ask what happened, when it happened, and what your insurance company has told you so far. If we can help, we say so. If we can't — or if we think you don't need us — we say that too.
What we ask you for: the date of loss, your policy declarations page, the carrier's estimate or letter (if you have one), and a few photos.
On-Site Inspection & Documentation
We show up on time, in a marked vehicle, with camera, laser measure, moisture meter and sketch tools. We walk the entire loss area with you and photograph every damaged and adjacent surface — including areas most first-pass inspections miss.
Typical on-site time: 60–180 minutes for a single-family home; longer for commercial or fire losses.
Line-Item Estimate Preparation
Back at the office, we build your Xactimate-format estimate. Every line item has a photo reference, unit cost, quantity, and — where applicable — a code note. General conditions, permits, taxes and profit are called out. You receive it as a professional PDF and, on request, as an ESX export.
Adjuster Coordination & Follow-Through
We stay reachable during the carrier's review. When adjusters have questions about scope, quantity or unit price, we respond the same business day with photo references and pricing sources — so your claim doesn't stall in an inbox for weeks.
What you receive.
Every project ends with a deliverable package designed to work with any U.S. property carrier. If you need a specific export format we don't list, ask us — we probably support it.
